competition: Nightmare on Elm Street – Ultimate Collector’s Edition DVD Box Set

I mentioned this in the review of A Nightmare on Elm Street but I thought I’d better actually get the box set before trying to give it away. I have it now so… without further ado…. It’s competition time!

To make the passing of the Krueger torch… err… maybe not torch… let’s say passing of the mantle… from Robert Englund to Jackie Earle Haley… I’ve decided to hold a competition for this wonderful beautiful DVD set.

On offer is The Nightmare on Elm Street: The Ultimate Collector’s Edition 7 Disc set. The set comprises of the first 7 Nightmare films. That’s right, all the way from A Nightmare on Elm Street in 1984 to Wes Craven’s New Nightmare in 1994. Unfortunately it doesn’t have Freddy vs. Jason. Sorry about that. Maybe I’ll have another competition for that in the future.

All you have to do to win this box set is answer this simple question:

On this website, what rating out of 10 did I give the 2010 version of A Nightmare on Elm Street?

This competition is open to anyone in the world over the age of 18 on the date of entry. I’m saying 18 because the box set is rated 18. Do bear in mind though that it is a Region 2 DVD so you’ll have to check that you will be able to play it.

To enter, send an e-mail with the correct answer, your name, age and city to competitions (at) averagefilmreviews (dot) com. Please title your e-mail “Nightmare on Elm Street Competition” otherwise your entry may be missed.

Competition closes at midnight BST on 4th June 2010.
