movie news: Full Ridley Scott Coca Cola Ad

The other day I mentioned that Ridley Scott had returned to his advertising roots by stepping up to direct a new commercial for Coca Cola, starring the Coke Polar bears. I posted the teaser the other day but now we have the full 6 minute version.
In case you didn’t know, Ridley Scott made a name for himself as the director of the Britain’s all time favourite TV ad, the Hovis “Bike” ad from 1973, as well as the iconic Apple “1984″ ad.

Hey awesome movie – good to see a short movie on the polar bears… It is as thoug Coca Cola has brought these guys to life and gave them an identity similar to that they have done with Santa and the Coca Cola trucks before Christmas…
