Check out the new trailer for the latest film from the producers of The King’s Speech.

Directed by John Curran and based on the novel of the same name, Tracks is the true story of Robyn Davidson (Mia Wasikoawska) an intrepid explorer who traversed 1,700 miles of the Australian outback by camel.

Tracks tells the incredible true story of Robyn Davidson, a young woman who in 1977 undertook a perilous solo trek across 1,700 miles of stunning Australian outback. … With only her dog and four unpredictable camels for company, she embarks on an inspiring and life changing journey of self-discovery.

Tracks premiered at the Venice Film Festival last August and has since shown at Telluride Film Festival, TIFF, LFF and will soon be showing at our very own Jameson Dublin International Film Festival.

Tracks will be on general release in the UK and Ireland from 25 April 2014
